The Lowcountry Chamber Music Festival seeks to serve the communities of the Lowcountry by presenting creative and appealing programs throughout the region, and through engaging in outreach activities benefiting traditionally underserved and special needs audiences.
We are aiming to become an enduring and valued member of the cultural community of the Lowcountry through the presentation of world-class performances. Our engaging performers will:
- Provide opportunities to experience live dynamic performances of familiar masterpieces
- Offer commentary giving audiences insight into the works being performed, while creating a more relaxed concert experience
- Seek out underserved audiences in order to provide enriching cultural experiences
- Extend educational opportunities to interested students in the Low Country through lessons and master classes
- Establish a presence throughout the community, by offering lighter performances and interactive events in less traditional settings
